AK 98 Dialysis Machine
The AK 98 Dialysis Machine is designed to be an optimal platform for chronic dialysis, skilled nursing and hospital care environments.
Concentrate standby mode uses zero concentrate, which could mean annual savings up to $139/machine (500 mL/min start flow).1,2
High-precision ceramic concentrate pumps and electromagnetic flow meters mean no pH probe needed and no moving parts to calculate flow rate.3
Preventative maintenance is only required every other year.2

Important Safety Information
AK 98 Dialysis Machine - Intended Use: The AK 98 dialysis machine is intended for use for haemodialysis treatments of patients with renal failure or fluid overload upon prescription by a physician. The AK 98 haemodialysis machine is indicated to be used on patients with a body weight of 25 kg or more. The AK 98 dialysis machine is intended for the In-Center environment and care in a Home Healthcare Environment. Patient counseling and teaching of treatment techniques are directly under the super vision and discretion of the physician.
Theranova - Indications for Use: THERANOVA dialyzers are indicated for treatment of chronic and acute renal failure by Hemodialysis. Caution: Do not use THERANOVA dialyzers for HDF (hemodiafiltration) or HF (hemofiltration) due to higher permeability of larger molecular weight proteins such as albumin.
Revaclear - Intended Use/Purpose: Revaclear hemodialyzers/diafilters (“device” throughout the text) are intended to purify blood in hemodialysis and hemodiafiltration. Indication: Revaclear devices are indicated for the treatment of chronic or acute renal failure.
CleanCart A – Intended Use: The CleanCart A cartridge is intended for preparation of a sodium carbonate solution used for removing organic deposits, fats and proteins, from the dialysis machine’s fluid circuit. The CleanCart A cartridge must be used in combination with the heat disinfection program of the corresponding dialysis machine.
CleanCart C – Intended Use: The CleanCart C cartridge is intended for preparation of a citric acid solution used for removing calcium and magnesium precipitation from the dialysis machine’s fluid circuit.
The CleanCart C cartridge must be used in combination with the heat disinfection program of the corresponding dialysis machine.
Polyflux 6H - Indications/Intended Use: Polyflux 6 H is intended for chronic and acute applications in hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration and hemofiltration on small patients including pediatric indications, considering blood flow, body weight and extracorporeal blood volume.
For safe and proper use of the device, please refer to the Instructions for Use.
