Important Safety Information
Polyflux 2H – Indications/Intended Use: The Polyflux 2 H is indicated for treatment of chronic and acute renal failure by hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration and hemofiltration.
Polyflux 6H - Indications/Intended Use: Polyflux 6 H is intended for chronic and acute applications in hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration and hemofiltration on small patients including pediatric indications, considering blood flow, body weight and extracorporeal blood volume.
Nephral ST – Intended Use/Purpose: Nephral ST hemodialyzers/diafilters/filters (“devices” throughout the text) are intended to purify blood in hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration and hemofiltration. Indication: Nephral ST devices are indicated for the treatment of chronic renal failure.
Evodial – Intended Use/Purpose: Evodial hemodialyzers/diafilters/filters (“devices” throughout the text) are intended to purify blood in hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration and hemofiltration. Indication: Evodial devices are indicated for the treatment of chronic or acute renal failure.
Theralite - Indications: Theralite dialyzer is only intended to be used for blood purification in hemodialysis mode in diseases where re[1]moval of plasma components with molecular weights up to a value of 45 kDa is indicated.
Revaclear Dialyzer – Intended Use/Purpose: Revaclear hemodialyzers/diafilters (“device” throughout the text) are intended to purify blood in hemodialysis and hemodiafiltration. Indication: Revaclear devices are indicated for the treatment of chronic or acute renal failure.
Polyflux L Dialyzer – Indications: The capillary dialyzer is intended for use in hemodialysis, for the treatment of chronic or acute renal failure.
Polyflux H Dialyzer – Indications: The capillary dialyzer/filter is intended for use in hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration and hemofiltration for the treatment of chronic or acute renal failure.
For safe and proper use of the devices, please refer to the Instructions for Use.
