Vantive is committed to helping providers achieve the best possible outcomes for both at-home and in-center dialysis patients and provides the tools to do so.

Polyflux 2H and 6H Dialyzers

Specialized for patients of low body weight, the Polyflux 2H and 6H dialyzers feature a unique Polyamix membrane that enables high-flux dialysis compatibility and performance for patients of low body weight, typically children.3-5

For more information on Polyflux 2H and 6H, consult the Polyflux 2H and 6H datasheet.

Nephral ST Dialyzer

The Nephral ST Dialyzer series features a heparin adsorptive hydrogel membrane for reduced use of heparin during dialysis. The membrane is designed to provide effective removal of uremic toxins and inflammatory mediators6 while also reducing the systemic use of heparin. It may be an alternative for patients with hypersensitivity to conventional membranes.7

For more information on how the Nephral ST Dialyzer series can improve outcomes for patients, consult the Nephral ST datasheet.

Evodial Dialyzer

Specialized for patients at high risk of bleeding,1,2 the Evodial Dialyzer series has been designed with a HeprAN heparin-grafted membrane6,8 and provides a convenient solution for patients requiring reduced or even heparin-free dialysis.

For more information on how the Evodial Dialyzer series can expand treatment options for patients with high bleeding risk, consult the Evodial Dialyzer datasheet.

Theralite Dialyzer

Created for multiple myeloma patients requiring hemodialysis treatments, the Theralite Dialyzer’s proprietary high cut-off (HCO) membrane targets the removal of the free light chain (FLC) proteins that are overproduced in patients with multiple myeloma and cause renal failure.9,10

To learn more about what the Theralite Dialyzer series can do for patients with multiple myeloma, consult the Theralite Dialyzer datasheet.

Important Safety Information

Polyflux 2H – Indications/Intended Use: The Polyflux 2 H is indicated for treatment of chronic and acute renal failure by hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration and hemofiltration.

Polyflux 6H - Indications/Intended Use: Polyflux 6 H is intended for chronic and acute applications in hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration and hemofiltration on small patients including pediatric indications, considering blood flow, body weight and extracorporeal blood volume.

Nephral ST – Intended Use/Purpose: Nephral ST hemodialyzers/diafilters/filters (“devices” throughout the text) are intended to purify blood in hemodialysis, hemodiafiltration and hemofiltration. Indication: Nephral ST devices are indicated for the treatment of chronic renal failure.
